9K - $48K a year The chief responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to perform clerical functions and to make sure the school runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a full time job and requires the ability to multi-task and keep on top of details.
We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
? Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet or databases.
? Manage personnel (ie arrange substitutes) ? Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
? Prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives and committees.
? Perform general office duties, such as obtaining supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
? Place orders for ? Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
? Greet visitors ? Set up for meetings MINIMUM
Qualifications:
? Knowledge of systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
? Prolonged periods of time using a computer terminal.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
